Your pet deserves to say goodbye at home
Dr. Amanda Dolian comes to your home so your dog or cat can be comfortable, relaxed, and surrounded by the people they love. No clinic. No rush. Just a peaceful goodbye on your terms.
What families are saying
"Ranger was 14 years old and fearful of a veterinarian's office. Having Dr. Dolian come to our house allowed us to give him his favorite snacks while being surrounded by our other dogs as he drifted off to sleep."
— Ranger's family
"When the time came for me to make the most difficult decision of my life, Dr. Dolian was right there for me. She explained how the entire process would work and talked me through it. Afterward, she gave me a hug and reassured me that I had made the right decision."
— Nala's family
"Not only were you so professional and sympathetic to us, but you made Jake's last moments as peaceful and loving as anyone could ask for. We will always be grateful."
— Jake's family
How it works
1. Talk with Dr. Dolian first
Call or text to have a free conversation about your pet's condition and what your family needs. Dr. Dolian will walk you through the entire process, answer every question, and help you decide if it's the right time. There's no pressure and no obligation.
2. Dr. Dolian comes to your home
On the day of the appointment, Dr. Dolian arrives at your home and takes time to meet your pet and your family. You choose the spot, whether that's a favorite bed, the couch, or out in the yard. Everything moves at your pace.
3. A peaceful, painless goodbye
Dr. Dolian gives gentle medication so your pet feels relief from any pain and drifts into a deep, comfortable sleep. Your pet will be in your arms or right beside you the entire time. Once they're fully asleep and unaware, a final medication allows them to pass peacefully.
4. Aftercare handled with dignity
Dr. Dolian takes care of everything that comes next, including private or communal cremation, clay paw prints, and ink nose prints. Your pet's remains are handled with the same care and respect as every other part of the process.

About Dr. Dolian
I was born and raised in Idaho and graduated from veterinary school at Washington State University in 2011. I moved to Texas in 2012 and have been practicing in Dallas-Fort Worth for more than 10 years. I enjoy practicing medicine in a clinical setting; however, I have seen how different the experience of letting go of a pet can be at home versus at a clinic or hospital.
